A person on Facebook, namely Siphelele Siyabonga Ngubane, answered to an earlier post of mine by placing a photo of my two daughters, tagging me by name, and saying "zisebenzelen lezi febe zakho msunu". I have a screenshot of the above post, as well as various other screenshots of him and his Facebook page. I find this post disturbing and of a low standard, and want some positive action please. Nothing that anyone posts can justify this kind of answer or response, it is just unacceptable to say the least.
Hi, You are absolutely right, the comments made on your post are abusive and offensive. You may report the comment on Facebook directly because they have a strict policy on abusive and offensive remarks. Should you wish to report the individual to the authorities you would need to establish the following :
1. The basis of the discrimination
2. The full names and surname, location and contact details of the perpetrator
3. The proof of the comments.
Based on the above information you may report the perpetrator of verbal abuse to the police or institute civil procedures for defamation.
